The platform

More than an incident log. The software behind smarter event operations.

Most tools stop at recording what went wrong. EventCheck goes further, giving you a clear view of your operation: where your teams are, what’s cleared to proceed, what’s happening on the course and what needs attention. Every action and decision is captured, turning today’s operations into insights that make every event smarter than the last.

AI that assists, not decides

AI suggests. You decide.

EventCheck's AI analyses every incoming message and incident in real time, recommending the next action, whether that's updating a status, escalating a priority or merging duplicate reports so you can make faster decisions. Your operators stay in control, with every AI recommendation requiring approval before anything changes on the board.

  • AI Suggests. You Decide.

Suggestions are only suggestions. Accept or dismiss each one, and the board changes only when you say so.

  • Every AI suggestion clearly explained

Stop searching. Start deciding. Every AI recommendation is backed by your live event data, along with it's confidence level, giving you the clarity to make informed decisions in seconds.

  • You step in. AI steps back.

Take control of any SMS conversation in one tap. AI steps aside, your operator responds directly from the board, and every action is logged with a clear audit trail.

Ask about your event…Ask

Ask it anything

From questions to insights in seconds. Powered by EventCheck's AI Operations Assistant

EventCheck's AI assistant presents results in easy-to-read visual widgets and understands locations on your event map. Ask “How many incidents are near the stadium?” and instantly see the activity in that area, helping you stay informed and make faster decisions.

  • Clear, not a wall of text

Answers come back as tables and other widgets laid out for the question, so you can read them at a glance instead of scrolling a paragraph.

  • Understands the real world

Name a site, a gate or the stadium and the assistant knows where it is on your map, and what is happening around it.

  • Always your live data

Every answer comes from your own incidents, so what the assistant shows always matches the board.

Built around your protocol

Your protocols. Your priorities. Your colours.

Your event. Your priorities. Your rules. EventCheck gives you full control to customise priority codes, labels, descriptions and colours, arrange priorities to suit your operation and choose defaults for new incidents. Changes automatically update across existing incidents, keeping your team aligned and priorities consistent throughout your event.

The same flexibility applies to sectors, teams and Go/No-Go checks. Whether you're managing a 3 km fun run or a multi-day major event, EventCheck moulds to your operation, putting you in control of how every event is managed.

Your data

Event day is the best data you will ever collect. Keep it.

Every incident, message, status change and timestamp is captured and organised by type, priority, location, team and time. EventCheck turns this data into meaningful insights, helping you demonstrate performance to clients, identify opportunities for improvement and make every event smarter than the last. No scattered notes or forgotten details, just data that helps you plan with confidence and deliver more successful events.

01 · Where

See where incidents cluster

Every incident tagged with a location is mapped to a kilometre marker, highlighting problem areas and recurring patterns along your course. Turn these insights into smarter planning, from positioning medical teams and marshals to improving signage and safety for your next event.

You own it

Everything you capture is yours, keep it.

Your event data is yours to keep and put to work. Export it as CSV or PDF, integrate it into your existing tools and retain it for future planning. For event professionals managing events on behalf of clients, every record provides a clear account of how the event was managed, helping you demonstrate response times, document key decisions and present measurable results. Give clients confidence in your operations while identifying opportunities to improve future events, and gain insights and stats you might never have had before.

  • Look back at every sector, hour and incident type
  • Put people in the right places and hours, with evidence
  • Show clients and stakeholders exactly what happened
  • Prove the standard you deliver, event after event

Questions

Before you book.

The short answers. Anything else, we are happy to cover on a call.

Is EventCheck more than just an incident management platform?

Absolutely. EventCheck is a complete web-based event operations and risk management platform, built by event professionals who understand the demands of running live events. From Go/No-Go checks and live course maps to incident management, SMS communications, AI assistance and reporting, everything works together in one place. With your entire operation connected, your team has the visibility to respond quickly, manage risks, make informed decisions and turn event data into valuable insights for the future.

What do I need to use EventCheck?

All you need is a web browser. EventCheck runs on laptops and tablets, while marshals and field teams can report incidents by SMS from any mobile phone, without needing to log in. There's nothing to install, and we'll help you set up your course, sectors and teams so everything is ready for event day.

What happens if I lose internet connection?

You can continue logging incidents and updates, even if your connection drops. EventCheck saves your work on your device securly and automatically syncs everything when you're back online. We developed offline capability from day one knowing how events can be, so we put the effort into building a special sync engine in the background to make this happen.
Sync times may vary depending on your network connection.

How does SMS triage work?

Give marshals and the public a dedicated number to report incidents via SMS. EventCheck's AI instantly triages and categorises each message, sends a response and recommends the next action. Operators can decide if it's incident that needs tracking and promote it to the live board with one click or pause AI to take over the conversation and respond directly from the board.

Does EventCheck's AI make decisions for us?

No. EventCheck's AI recommends, but your team decides. It analyses incoming messages and live event data, suggesting actions such as changing incident statuses, raising priorities or merging duplicates. Every recommendation requires operator approval, with all actions recorded clearly. Our log system indicates who actioned it and that it came from an AI recommendation, so you know exactly every move that happened.

Can we use our own priorities and terminology?

Yes. Set your own priority codes, labels and descriptions, reorder them, pick each colour from a palette and choose the default for new incidents. Sectors, teams and Go/No-Go checks are configurable too.

Who owns our data?

You do. Everything you add to your event is yours, and you have full access to it. Export it as CSV or PDF at any time and keep it for future events.

What can the data tell us for next year?

Every incident is captured as structured data: type, priority, location, team and time. That lets you see where incidents cluster, when the day gets busy and where responses slow down, so you can plan staffing, aid and marshalling for next year.

What size of event is it built for?

From a 3 km community fun run to a multi-day major event, EventCheck is built to handle it all. Already proven at an event with 40,000 participants, two control rooms and eight operators working simultaneously.

What happens when we book a chat?

A relaxed 30-minute conversation. Tell us about your event and how you run it today, and we will talk through where EventCheck could fit. No pressure and no prep needed.
