EventCheck was created to address a real need in the events industry: a purpose-built platform that understands how events operate and the challenges teams face on the ground.
EventCheck founder Bailey Randazzo knows firsthand what it takes to plan, coordinate and deliver successful events. With six years of experience spanning trail and gravel events, community fun runs, major events and international games, he brings a deep understanding of the demands of event operations and the systems needed to support them.
Drawing on this experience, Bailey recognised the need for a more connected and efficient approach to managing events from planning through to delivery and post-event reporting. This led to the development of EventCheck, an event operations and risk management platform that brings critical information, team coordination and decision-making together in one place. From real-time operational oversight to post-event insights, EventCheck helps organisers make informed decisions, evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve future events.
Unlike software developed at a distance from the industry, EventCheck is used by its own founder in live event control rooms. Every event provides an opportunity to test, refine and improve the platform, ensuring it continues to evolve around the real needs of event professionals.
